Equipements

Observing, analysing and understanding the driver's or passenger's activity and how they interact with their environment are at the heart of LESCOT's concerns.

These observations can take place in the context in which this activity is usually carried out or in the context of more or less artificial situations recreated during experiments.
They require appropriate tools and methods to collect and analyse the physical, videographic and physiological data needed to describe human activity.

LESCOT has the following equipment:

• "SIMAX" driving simulation platform in Bron
• V-HCD platform for working in simulated driving situations
• Instrumented vehicles for working in real driving situations
• Simulation cabins for working in controlled environments
• Audiovisual laboratory
